Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $130. This applies to orders shipping within the United States only. You can track your progress toward free shipping in the cart.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that their country may charge. These fees vary by country and are outside our control. Shipping times for international orders are typically 7-14 business days depending on location.
My tracking hasn't updated - what should I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update after your shipping confirmation. If it still hasn't moved after 3 business days, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations need to happen fast. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help - but once an order has shipped, we can't make changes.
What's your return policy?
If you're not happy with your purchase, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
My order arrived damaged - what do I do?
We're sorry about that. Take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email or Instagram DM. We'll get a replacement shipped out to you right away - no need to return the damaged product.
