Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day, subject to staffing.
  • During peak seasons (sales events, holidays), processing times may be longer.

2. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeframe listed in the product description.
  • Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production or transit delays.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise specified.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • We ship using trusted carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), chosen at our discretion.
  • Standard delivery times are typically 2–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: The fastest available shipping method within the fee charged will be selected. If a slower method is used, it means a faster option was available but cost more than the fee paid.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.
  • All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer (importer). These are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
  • Customs clearance times vary by country and may cause delays outside of our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Promotional “Free Shipping” offers (if available) will be applied automatically at checkout.

7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the package and items.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details.
  • We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

10. Returns & Refused Shipments

  • Refused or undeliverable international shipments may be subject to restocking and/or reshipping fees.
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for details on eligible returns and refunds.
Returns & Refunds

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • To start a return, please contact us at help@brugscarcare.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened chemical products.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts.
  • Items marked as final sale.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@brugscarcare.com with photos of the issue.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider.
